The Traveling Baby Company
Rental Terms and Conditions
The Traveling Baby Co. recommends reserving your equipment at least one to two weeks in advance. Orders placed within 24 hours of the delivery date should be made over the telephone
Deliveries and pick-ups are done between 9am and 1 pm. It is important that the host, hotel or private residence, be advised that The Traveling Baby Co. will be contacting them in regards to the delivery time of the equipment. This call is made within 24 hours of the drop-off date. Another call will be made to the host regarding the pick-up time, also done 24 hours in advance.
If no one is available to receive the equipment once a drop-off time is established with the host, there will then be an attempt to reschedule and an additional delivery fee will apply. If the order is forfeited at this point a charge of half the rental order will apply. An additional delivery fee will also apply if no one is found to allow for the pick-up of the equipment once an agreed time was made with the host.
If an agent needs to return to a location for any reason that is not the fault of The Traveling Baby Co., an additional fee will be applied to the order.
It is understood that renters are not allowed to assemble or dissasemble full size cribs.

Credit cards are verified at the time the reservation is made and only charged after the equimenet is delivered. If PayPal is used, that information will be taken at the time of order confirmation. Damage or missing equipment will be charged to credit cards only. There is a $35.00 minimum charge per order.
Cancellation and Early Termination Policy
There is no charge on orders canceled 3 days prior to the drop-off date. Orders canceled within 3 days of drop-off date will be charged a $15.00 service fee that can be applied toward any future rental. Any order picked up early will receive a refund credit of 50% of the remaining cost.
Damages and Sanitary Conditions
With the exception of high chairs The Traveling Baby Co. highly recommends that no food or leaky bottles be given to children while using the equipment. Products must be returned in the condition received or a fee to be assessed at the time of return will apply to the credit card on file.
The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay The Traveling Baby Co. for any replacements needed.
